The Department has yet to promulgate rules and procedures regarding the registration of patients and caregivers to the Low THC Oil Patient Registry.
How do I qualify?
- Under the Haleigh’s Hope Act, individuals residing in the state of Georgia for at least one year, or a child less than one year old born in the state, who has been diagnosed with any of the qualifying medical conditions can register to the marijuana program.
